Residents always have multiple options to choose from at all meal times and can opt for something different if they change their minds when the food arrives. Med is committed to offering nurses a platform that helps them build a flexible schedule by bringing together hundreds of shifts to choose from. Rates offered may differ based on the location of assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals that we've partnered up with.

She is ultimately responsible for the effective and professional running of the care home but will allocate time to discuss any aspect of our Residents’ care or any problems they may be experiencing. Our care community in Lockport, LA, overlooks Bayou Lafourche and is known for its unmatched care and innovative programs.
Providing accommodation for up to 17 individuals who require Residential or Dementia care. As the interactive digital tables have an android operating system, our activities coordinators and home managers can download multiple applications. We Care Group believe in the importance of technology for the betterment of life, and that is why we invested in the Interactive Tables in the past year. The interactive table is a 40 inches, scratch resistance, durable pad with an integrated Android operating system. It has up to 10 touchpoints, which means two residents and one carer simultaneously can use it.

Broadway Manor offers a wide array of activities designed to meet individuals needs, stimulate minds, and encourage physical activity. Our professional and certified staff is available 24 hours a day to assist with your individual needs. Our family includes a physician, and a team of geriatric rehabilitation specialists such as Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapists. Providing accommodation for up to 24 individuals who require Residential or Dementia care. Here at Broadway Home, we have a dedicated activities coordinator responsible for creating a monthly activities calendar.

And then, between lunch and supper, it’s mid-afternoon tea time with mouth-watering freshly baked cakes that our residents and team members enjoy together, making afternoon tea an activity in itself. After supper, during the night, lighter meal options are provided in the evening, and fresh fruit and snacks are available throughout the day to keep resident’s nourished, energised and satisfied. Lunch is finished with delicious desserts, all prepared on-site by our chef teams. Our chef teams use great ingredients to provide freshly prepared, nutritionally balanced meals based on regularly changing, seasonal menus.
After making the hard decision on the advice from the doctors and team my mum was placed in Broadway Care Home. This has been the best thing for Mum to know she is being well cared for and she is safe, Mum also enjoys the meals. Broadway is well run and the manager and her team are very caring and I can speak to them for updates on Mum’s health etc at any time. The residents also have well-organised activities in the afternoons, which include baking/drawing/games/planting and pet therapy which I personally think are great. Pictures are placed on the home’s Facebook page so that families can view them, a great idea as it does help to know they are enjoying themselves.
Food & Diet
We Care Group provides dementia care in both a residential and nursing setting. Each of our homes that support people living with dementia is uniquely designed to make residents feel comfortable in their homes. Corridors are filled with photos and murals to evoke fond memories from the past as well as memorabilia to encourage stimulation. Colours are used throughout the home to create positive associations and trigger the right response to a situation and the food and menus are designed to cater specifically for residents with dementia. Several of our homes even have a dementia garden creating a sensory experience in a beautiful setting. The home offers high quality nursing care and residential care for elderly people and people living with dementia.
We are NAPA members, which means each month, we receive a variety of activities and ideas; our activities coordinators can also get trained and develop their skills as well-being coordinators. Residents can also purchase individual telephone services/Sky TV packages for their bedrooms if they wish to do so. Yes, we assess changes in residents eating habits and when there is cause for concern the local SALT department visit the residents concerned and advise what is required.
In Broadway Home, we believe in helping enrich the lives of people with dementia to ensure they are happy and fulfilled. The home is set on two floors and provides accommodation of 24 single rooms and 3 double rooms. Two large lounges and a separate dining room is situated on the ground floor. All the rooms have hand washing facilities and there are ample toilet facilities and bathing areas, within close proximity to all Residents.
